A Long Time

It has been a long long time since I wrote anything in this blog. I was in Chamonix for a week, and then I was working in London and very tired. I bet that you are thinking to yourself, 'Those are crap excuses, you are just lazy'.
I respond to all allegations of laziness with a 'semi-guilty' plea. I think this plea should be allowed in court. 'Guilty' and 'not guilty' are just too black and white.

As a result of my prolonged absence from blogging, I will shortly indulge in a practice known as 'retro-blogging' (I might have made up that term, but it means that you put entries in your blog and backdate them.) Previously, I have regarded this as an unpure practice only pursued by dodgy miscreants, but I have come round to viewing it as acceptable (especially as I now want to do it....)

So the next few entries will be before this one - just like time travel, only more exciting...
