Weather: pleasant and warm, mostly sunny - fluffy white clouds.

Walk Distance: 4.3 miles
Part seven of the ring was a pleasant stroll along the Thames, a brief journey through Syon Park, and finished along the River Brent and Grand Union Canal. Highlights were Isleworth and the very shiny GlaxoSmithKline Building.
