Walking the London Loop Stage 4
Hayes - Hamsey Green

Date: August 13th 2005
Walkers: Myself and Tom and Fred
Weather: started overcast and turned to drizzle, then heavier rain. wet!
Walk Departure Time: 1.15pm
Walk Finishing Time: 5.15pm
Walk Distance: 9 miles

Part four of the Loop was rather heavy on its amounts of suburbia and scrubby fields. There were some nice forest areas though, and by the end of the stage we were in farmland and fields. Highlights included the meridian line marker, trams, Heathfield Gardens, and the view from Addington Hills.
